1.0.1 This regulation is applicable to the design for newly-built tower and pole structures of 110kV~500kV overhead transmission line, and the design for communication tower and pole may be adopted by reference to this regulation.
1.0.2 The tower and pole structures of temporary transmission line may be designed by reference to this regulation, but the standard may be reduced properly.
1.0.3 For the boosting renovation and reconstruction of the original transmission line, the tower and pole structures may be checked and designed by reference to this regulation according to the specific conditions and the operating experience of the existing line.
