1 General Provisions
1.0.1 The standard DL 5011-1992 "Technical Code of Construction and Acceptance for Electric Erection" is revised partially to strengthen the technical management in the engineering construction of steam turbine generator unit and further improve the engineering quality.
1.0.2 This part is applicable to construction of steam turbine generator unit in thermal power plant, gas-steam steam turbine generator unit, steam turbine generator unit in nuclear power station, auxiliary equipment and accessory machinery.
1.0.3 The construction of steam turbine generator unit shall be based on the approved design and the technical documents of the equipment manufacturer; if the above is modified or changed, the design organization and equipment manufacturer shall issue the appropriate documentation and make some related approval procedure. The civil works of the power plant shall meet the requirements of this specification "Technical Specification for Thermal Power Erection and Construction Part 1: Civil Works"; as for the specific requirements, the relevant requirements of this part shall be complied with.
1.0.4 The construction of steam turbine generator unit shall be in accordance with the order contract for equipment, technical agreement and valid technical document of the manufacturer; this part shall prevail if there is no specific requirement or complete requirements in the contractual agreement and documents of the manufacturer.
10.5 Construction of steam turbine generator unit shall not only comply with this part but the national and professional current relevant standards.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Ellipticity
The out-of-roundness of cylindrical axis or hole at some cross section, equal to the difference between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter on this cross section.
2.0.2 Non-cylindricity
The deviation of cylindrical axis or hole from the parallel line through the upper and lower lines of axial section for the center line of the axis. The value is the difference between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter on the axial section. It is required to be a right cylinder parts and the non-cylindricity is the deflection degree from that required by the right cylinder.
2.0.3 Taper
The tilt degree of conic and truncated cone shaped rotative surface from the datum plane. As for the conic one, the value is the ratio of diameter of cone datum plane to the cone height; as for the truncated cone shaped one, the value is the ratio of difference of upper and lower diameters to the truncated cone height.
2.0.4 Tilt/tilt (gradient)
The tilt degree of the straight or plane if it is intersected with the datum line or datum plane. The value is the ratio of the minimum distance between the plane or straight and the datum plane or line within the given datum plane or line length to their given lengths.
2.0.5 Flatness
The extent to which the actual surface deviates from the standard plane. The value is the distance of the physical plane from the farthest point of the standard plane.
2.0.6 Non-parallelism
The unparallel degree between two parallel lines or planes. The value is the difference between the maximum and minimum vertical distances for either.
2.0.7 Non-perpendicularity
The difference between the angles formed by two axes, axis and plane or two planes and the standard right angle, expressed by the minimum distance △ from the standard vertical line or plane within the unit length from the measured line or plane, in △/m.
2.0.8 Radial run out
The extent to which the shaft surface where the measuring section is located deviates from the center line of the shaft. Use the dial indicator to point at the center line of the axis of the measured section vertically with the rotor journal turning on the supporting surface; the difference between the maximum and minimum reading at all point on the measured surface is the radial run out of journal on this section.
2.0.9 Ending run out
The non-perpendicularity degree of the ending and the center line of the shaft. A dial indicator perpendicular to the ending is respectively placed at two positions into a 180° angle at the surroundings of the tested ending close to the diameter, turn the rotor, the difference between the maximum difference indicated by the two indicators and the 1/2 of minimum difference is the ending run out value.
2.0.10 Large pumps
High pressure centrifugal pump with nominal diameter at outlet greater than 400mm and that at the inlet greater than 700mm.
2.0.11 High-speed pumps
Pumps with rated speed higher than 1500r/min.
2.0.12 Adjustable steam seal
The steam seal to close by segment with the increase of steam pressure in the starting. Its main features: in the starting, the steam seal blocks open to reach the largest clearance between the dynamic and static parts so that the impact and rubbing are avoided in the starting due to the vibration and the deformation. With the speedup and loadup of the unit, the steam seal block closes at the end to reduce the clearance between the dynamic and static parts, finally reducing the steam leakage amount of steam seal and improving the efficiency of the unit.
2.0.13 Air-cooled condenser (ACC)
The surface heat exchanger using the air as the cooling medium to make condense the turbine exhaust into water, ACC for short.
2.0.14 Relative vibration
The measured value of radial displacement between rotating axis and corresponding structure (e.g. bearing block or housing), unless otherwise specified in this part, the "axis vibration" refers to the relative vibration.
2.0.15 Absolute vibration
The measured value of displacement of rotating axis relative to some inertial reference system.
2.0.16 Run back test
The process in which the testing control system reduces the unit loads to the actual output rapidly and controls the continued operation capability within allowable parameter range if some main auxiliary machinery fails and stop and the maximum output of the unit is less than the given load.
