1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements on classification, type, dimension, material, color, application, management and other of the mining products safety labels.
This standard is applicable to those mining products that have already been brought under the safety sign management and also obtained with the relevant safety signs.
2 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
2.1
Mining Products
It is the generic term of those equipments, materials, instruments and apparatuses used at mine.

3 General Requirements
3.1 The management system of the mining products safety signs is the mandatory management system implemented for the mining products in relation to safety of workplace and the health of operation personnel, and all the mining products brought under the safety sign management shall not be produced, sold or used until they obtain the mining products safety signs.
3.2 The mining products safety signs are the certificate for confirming the compliance of mining products to the national standards and professional standards, for permitting the production and sales of production organization, and for the purchasing and application of using organization.
3.3 The mining products safety signs are composed of two parts, namely the safety sign certificate of mining products and the mining products safety labels.
3.4 The mining products safety labels (hereinafter referred to as the "labels") are the dedicated labels for indicating the compliance of mining products to the national standards, professional standards and relevant provisions on mine safety production.
For all the mining products of which the production is brought under the safety sign management, the labels shall not be used until the mining products safety signs are obtained.
3.5 The products obtaining the mining products safety signs shall not be sold by the production organization until they are added with the labels, after which, the using organization may purchase and use these products.
